Our client a major satellite broadcasting, broadband and telephone company are currently recruiting for a Senior Marketing Manager. Based on an initial 4 month contract, this role reports into the Controller of Customer Communications within the Customer Group. The successful candidate will work cross functionally with other key stakeholders to develop and deliver the communications for various campaigns.

These areas will include but are not limited to:
Customer & Product Marketing
Brand
Customer Strategy
Research & Insight
Data Analysis and BI
Customer Operations
Internal communications

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Successfully manage and deliver customer communications campaigns and in particular pricing and packaging our annual communication which goes to every one of our clients 10 million households working closely with the Controller of Customer Communications
To be the main day to day contact with relevant project teams to deliver against key objectives set
Managing the creative process and agencies from creative briefing through to full production and delivery across all Routes to Market (print and online)
Present creative and project updates to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise way
Working with the data teams to ensure data criteria is correct and supplied correctly (including identifying and working through work arounds for opt outs and do not mails)
Facilitate regular update meetings with stakeholders and ensure minutes and responsibilities are communicated appropriately afterwards
Managing all sign off procedures with stakeholders, and other relevant departments eg legal
Managing budget and timings to ensure project is on track to deliver on time
Ensuring appropriate measurement tools are in place to review the impact of communications
Producing a comprehensive post campaign review and metrics

Candidate Requirements:

Specialist knowledge

Essential:
-Significant blue chip marketing experience ideally in a subscription environment
-Significant experience in marketing and communicating to a customer base
-Experience of delivering large campaigns across multiple routes to market
-Competent in working with and managing data agencies and departments and comfortable with complex data selections and criteria
-Ability to manage complex project with many stakeholders and tight deadlines

Desirable:
-Previous experience in relevant industry - subscription TV

Industry Experience

Essential
-Experience of developing and producing direct and online communications
-Working closely with database marketing departments
-Campaign development experience

Desirable
-Web experience (site development, online and email marketing)
