My client is based on Greenhill Road in modern open plan offices with ample parking. You will perform solution deployment and site support involving
- Technical site preparation (hospitals, clinics, medical practices in NT, Victoria and Tasmania)
- Hardware and equipment specification and ordering
- Configuration of Servers, workstations, peripherals at hospital sites
- Liaison with hospital IT staff and vendors
- Presentations to clinicians, management teams and nurse coordinators
- Contribute to the planning of the deployment process
- Release management of application, middle-tier and databases
- Support of workstations, Servers, software, touch-screens, peripherals
- Monitoring of hospital data feeds including metrics
- Response to alerting in the event of issues at hospital sites
- Development of strategies to manage an increasing number of sites and users
- Management of Windows Updates process at customer sites
You will have t echnical passion, project management abilities, experience with customer liaison - must be able to talk with customer face to face, great problem solving skills and a pragmatic, can-do attitude, patience and persistence! Windows Server ), SQL Server ); VMWare/VSphere, AD and Group Policy; DNS, Firewalls, Certificates, VPN, LDAP Backup solutions; Development skills (eg Scripting or .NET)
