K2 Partnering Solutions is looking for a CRM/Retail specialist responsible for collecting the business requirements on the following scope: Build of 1 common Customer Card, Processes for data entry during the first visit and data enrichment, data cleansing, marketing campaigns .
Objective of the mission: Re think the full road map of this global and massive CRM implementation.
The mission is mainly based in Paris with 20% of the time travelling abroad.
