Life and Pensions Compliance Monitoring Officer- Part time Contract

Our Compliance Officers are key to our Life and Pensions Teams providing their contract subject matter expertise to ensure the compliance of the business area with FSA, or local Regulator, other regulatory requirements and internal Capita policies (where appropriate) in line with the Compliance Monitoring Plan.
The challenges are wide and varied, supplementing and building on their previous experience, whether it's carrying out and maintaining the Compliance Monitoring Plan based on the monitoring requirements determined by the Business Unit Support Teams and in accordance with the Capita Compliance Monitoring Procedures and methodologies or interpreting and applying relevant regulatory guidance to the business areas and provide practical alternative solutions to the business where standards are deemed to be deficient.
This part time opportunity is a support and advisory function where you would be monitoring findings through reports including suggestions for relevant remedial actions. Other responsibilities include presenting monitoring findings to the relevant Business Customers at de-brief stage and in draft and final reports and to the Business Partners at an appropriate and agreed at final report stage.

This is a part time contract opportunity and the working hours are very flexible covering 3 days per week but this can be worked across the working week around your own schedule.
