Title: MedSeries 4 Project or Program Manager
The MedSeries 4 Project or Program Manager will plan, execute, and manage project activities to ensure system compliance with the Revenue Service EHR regulatory requirements for CHW projects. The classification of the position as a Project Manager or Program Manager will be dependent upon the skills presented by the successful candidate.
The MedSeries 4 Project or Program Manager will oversee a team in the planning and execution of MedSeries 4 projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The MedSeries 4 Project or Program Manager will also ensure clear definition of the projects requirements and objectives, ensuring that the projects defined deliverables meet the businesses requirements.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees complex MedSeries 4 (MS4) projects, and the team working on those projects, in a multi-source, matrixed environment.
- Ensures that MS4 projects deliver the specified outcomes within budget, on schedule and identifies/remediates any delays.
- Implements appropriate management oversight processes to ensure the compliance with all PMO processes and methods.
- Accountable for MS4 project management responsibilities including the following:
- Working with Business Analysts and other SMEs, directs requirements gathering processes, performs business case analysis, translates business requirements into process/functional design/system solutions, and drives the completion of all project related documentation.
