Senior Developer (.Net/WCF/Windows Workflow) - Phoenix,
Seeking a Senior Developer to work on Electronic Filing project.  The electronic filing project is a rewrite/redesign of an existing application.  The new system is being developed in the latest Microsoft .net technologies including but not limited to .net 4.0, Silverlight 4.0, Prism, Model View View Model (MVVM) design pattern, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Windows Work Flow (WWF),

Candidate Responsibilities:Responsibibilities include designing, developing and implementing integration web services in support of the electronic filing system, providing industry expertise in current Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ) development technologies.  The selected Developer will assist COSC Staff in coding the eFiling application integration services. 

Key Requirements:
Contract Versioning the integration services will be used for multiple applications.  Contract versioning is needed to ensure existing contracts are not broken.
Exception handling and Tracing experience for gracefully handling errors programmatically and for assisting in debugging.
Familiar with NetMSMQ binding for persistence in the integration services.
Familiar with Duplex Operation, Duplex Proxies.
Familiar with  concurrency, throughput and throttling to increase performance.
Familiar with reliable messaging.

Other Requirements:
Provide their own laptops which must include a current version of industry acceptable virus protection software updated daily to the most recent pattern files.
Provide their own development software (Visual Studio 2010 with MSDN subscription) in order to have access to the necessary development resources.
Have the ability to securely attach to the COSC Servers for application design and development.

Qualifications:
The following technology and skills are required:
Strong knowledge of SOA principles and best practices and experience developing and implementing systems with Microsoft's SOA toolset including WCF and MSMQ.
Understanding of scalability best practices for SOA systems in a MS environment.
Familiarity and experience with using TFS for version control, builds and task management.
Experience with the planning and implementing of SOA/Distributed systems in an MS environment.
Understanding of asynchronous messaging patterns in SOA systems.
Significant experience developing business applications in .NET 4.0.
Proficiency using VSTS 2010.
Microsoft SQL Server 2005.

Preference given to candidates who have additional experience with the following:
Windows Workflow 4.0.
Proficiency with WPF/Silverlight.
Experience with RIA Services.
Experience with implementing applications using the MVVM pattern.
Experience with ORM frameworks Specifically: MS Entity Framework 4.0.
Experience with MEF (Managed Extensibility Framework) and/or PRISM.
Experience with Adlib/Adlib Director Software.
T-SQL, SSIS or other ETL activities.
