Customer Service Manager required for a large public sector organisation. The Customer Service Manager will be required to manage a team of 10. The customer service manager will be involved with dealing with escalated calls and complex issues, staff issues and questions. You will also be responsible for completing individual's reviews and performance issues. The customer service manager will have a background of working within a very busy, in-bound call centre environment. The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic and confident approach towards managing a team and will have ideally previously managed a repairs team within a social housing environment. This role is based in a reactive, very busy, customer service environment and requires a candidate who is able to work effectively under pressure. There are shifts for this role - 8:00am - 4:30pm/11:30 - 8:00pm and Saturday mornings 9:00am - 12:00noon - please note, the successful candidate will have to work the late and Saturday shift approximately every 5 weeks.
