Our client, a leading Private bank, currently seeks a RDR Project Manager, to be based in London.
The RDR Project Manager will be responsible for:
-Leading and managing a work stream within the retail distribution review (RDR) Project
-Ensure that the PB EMEA project management methodology is utilised
-Monitor and report on the work stream on a regular basis
-Plan deliverables and milestones; drive content development and document business requirements
-Ensure progress in time and budget
-Mitigate risks and resolve or escalate issues which emerge
-Manage project resources and interfaces where necessary
-Manage stakeholders
-Drive change management
-Plan and execute project communication
As such, the successful RDR Project Manager will have the following skills and experience:
-Excellent experience of leading, managing and monitoring Projects
-A background in RDR
-Strong Leadership skills and experience of leading, managing and motivating small Teams of experienced staff
-Strong Communication skills (written, verbal, listening and presentation)
-Knowledge of Financial Services
-Strong Organisation skills and a Structured approach
-Considerable experience of analysing businesses, processes and controls, determining and the delivering feasible and pragmatic solutions
-Results orientation - track record of setting and achieving goals and delivering results.
