Description
A number of Complaints Handlers are now required by my financial services client based in Birmingham.
Experience required:
- Experience of complaint handling
- Proven QC or 'new business checking' experience in financial institutions
- Compliance/regulatory background
- Good knowledge of FSA guidelines and Treating Customers Fairly.
- FPC (Financial Planning Certificate)/CIFA (Convention of Independent Financial Advisors) or equivalent qualifications
