Description
The role requires a strong SAS Marketing Analyst to join an existing team within the marketing analytics department of a leading bank in the City.
You will be working on SAS data relating to the bank's website and looking for ways to redirect customers to the site as opposed to the call centre. This requires analysing large amounts of data, gathering data and requirements from stakeholders, as well as driving the initiatives forward.
You will need strong and proven SAS and Analytical expertise as well as Web Analytics experience (Webtrends, Google Analytics, Omniture etc).
Advanced Excel is a must.
You will also ideally have knowledge of commercial payments, although this is not essential.
