Description
Link Technologies is currently looking for an Identity and Access Management Analyst, this position is contingent on award of contract. The analyst will be responsible for the team that provides centralized provisioning and de-provisioning of all accounts (eg Windows and Unix accounts via a centralized solutions such as Active Directory and NIS+) across the enterprise.
The Identity and Access Management analyst will be responsible for the following:
- Define user system access requirements for existing and new systems.
- Identify, allocate, and manage resources to achieve project objectives.
- Collaborate with various teams within the IT department and business units such as Internal Audit.
- Oversee logical access control compliance and audits for Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Payment Card Industry (PCI), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
- Implement and administer an Identity Access Management (IAM) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system across all enterprise resources.
- Provide 24x7 on-call support as required.
- Participate in audit reviews throughout the year to ensure best practices are integrated into all environments.
- Generate and provide regular access management report.
Successful candidates will have previous hands-on and team management experience as well as meet the following criteria:
- Four-year degree plus 4 years of experience in Information Technology or 8 years of experience in Information Technology required.
- Experience in the area of access control and system/application security.
- Security and/or audit-related certification (ex. CISA, CISSP, GIAC) is highly desired.
- Demonstrated proficiency in audits; experience or exposure with working with auditors preferred.
