Roc Search are currently recruiting for an Inspection and licensing of HMOs To carry out professional Housing Solutions field casework effectively and efficiently in accordance with good practice and agreed procedures within Housing Solutions and the Private Rented Sector. To manage and co-ordinate the inspection and enforcement of conditions within all tenures and occupation of properties (Houses in Multiple Occupation, Single Family Occupancy) within the private rented sector in accordance with performance targets for service delivery. To manage partnership-working agreements with key stakeholder's eg private landlords, social services, and internal stakeholders, with a view to increase housing options and improve conditions and standards within the private rented sector. To work as an effective team member within Housing Solutions.
