Description
The Partner Oversight Lead is accountable for managing the relationship between Client's Information &Technology Group (I&TG) and service suppliers and is responsible for managing and monitoring overall vendor performance, communicating service needs, facilitating contract negotiation, collecting vendor support and technology development roadmaps, managing Partner Oversight Team performance and making recommendations to upper management for vendor service quality improvement initiatives.
