My client is currently looking for an experienced Organisational Change Manager with extensive experience developing and delivering detailed and effective Change Management Programs that facilitate organisational changes arising
from the development and implementation of key projects incorporating training, stakeholder management and communications. This position is a part time (3 days per week) position working on a large Infrastructure consolidation Program.

Requirements:

 5+ Years Change Management experience
 Tertiary qualified preferred
 PROSCI Certification is highly desirable
 Superior oral and written communication, influencing, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution and consultation skills and the ability to work in partnership with senior executives and manage internal and external stakeholders including interest groups.
 Extensive experience developing and delivering detailed and effective Change Management Programs that facilitates organisational changes arising from the development and implementation of key projects incorporating stakeholder impact identification & management.
 Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and negotiating skills are required

This position will require you to develop broad scale change and impact assessments and execute change plans as well as educate and demonstrate to the project teams the added value of change management as a whole.

The position is for an initial 6 month engagement and we are offering between $800-$900 per day.
