6 month contract with a leading NSW Government organization
Service Delivery Manager reporting to C-Level
Excellent strategic opportunity
Our client, a NSW Government organization located in Parramatta, is currently looking to engage a Systems Service Delivery Manager to join their expanding team. Specifically, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following;
Strategy Management:
- Investigate and develop solutions in conjunction with the systems vendor and the business
- Provide technical advice to the business
- Facilitate quotes from system vendor for changes
- Prepare Service Orders
- Manage IT Service provision as well as purchasing, architectural compliance, documentation framework and service planning and delivery.
You will also be responsible for defect resolution in conjunction with the data centre problem manager, management of proposed system enhancements, manage user support calls and service requests end to end, capacity planning for future state and incident management.
In order to be considered for this role, you will need;
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role - reporting to C-Level Executives
- Proven experience managing an outsourced vendor providing services and equipment (ideally to a government organisation)
- Expert Data Centre Knowledge and experience across Incident Management
- Expert Documentation and Facilitation skills
