FTTH Project/Programme Manager required by leading telecommunications consultancy for a 1 year contract position in their office in Brunei.

Applicants must have run and managed an FTTH project (Backhaul/Metro Ethernet and DWDM requirements. Have coaching and transfer of skills and Knowledge experience. Have a full end to end review of the current plans and deployments in the roll out.
Project management, reporting and risk management skills are essential as well as, close interaction with, and management of customers and stakeholders so soft/consulting skills are a must.
Setup and implement project RACI Matrix and the quality and control system.
