We are seeking a WebSphere Process Server Developer to join our Integration team. The candidate should be recognised as a WebSphere Process Server SME & Thought Leader in WebSphere Process Server. Duties and tasks to achieve:
  • Leverage prior WebSphere Process Server experience & technical knowledge to design & implement robust, innovative technology solutions using WebSphere Integration Developer V7.
  • Design, implement and document solutions that solve complex integration and business process challenges.
  • Identify & resolve critical design issues and conduct technical quality reviews on projects.
  • Review WebSphere Process Server solution implementations, document lessons learned & recommend improvements where appropriate.

Mandatory skills - the absolute minimum skill level required for the candidate to be considered:Ideally, applicants must have a minimum 3 years experience working with WebSphere Process Server and WebSphere Integration Developer, and developing commercial applications in Java and J2EE. Applicants must also have prior experience as a Development team leader. Successful applicants will hold a relevant tertiary degree and have excellent communication, leadership, project and organisational skills. Solid knowledge of the following required:

  • IBM WebSphere Process Server/IBM WebSphere Integration Developer
  • Business Process Development
  • Mediation Component Development
  • SCA Component Development
  • Human Tasks
  • Implementation of long running processes
  • Process Server Build and Deployment
