Description
We are looking for Oracle CRM candidate for 6 month contract position.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
- 10 years experience with Oracle E-business Suite.
- 5 years experience leading a support organization
- Experience working in large matrixed environments with offshore teams and outsourced application development/support teams
- Experience working/managing vendors for production support & development projects
- Strong Analytical, Testing, and Problem Solving skills, with attention to detail.
- 3+ years experience with SQL, strong relational database skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Applications support of business critical applications specifically the implementation of the Oracle R12 EBusiness suite
- Provide management oversight through regular status and issues reviews in conjunction with the ES Project Management Office (PMO).
- Provide management reporting and presentations on environment uptime and ticket resolution
- High Availability SLA, Disaster Recovery planning and testing, environment hardware planning and distribution
- Interlocks with the DBA organization on standards, best practices, and strategy including.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure timely resolution of defects and understand product roadmaps
