Large Investment Firm located in Downtown Houston is seeking a Project Manager to assist and lead them in a conversion from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow. Must have experience mentoring and training users, implementing ServiceNow, provide guidance on ITIL Processes and developing, maintaining and publishing documentation related to policies and procedures related to ServiceNow.
ITIL Certification PLUS.
Bilingual PLUS.
