This Plano-based industry leader has an immediate 6+ month contract opening for a Campus Recruiting Coordinator.  This position requires 3 years current related work experience, a strong attention to detail, process-oriented nature, a team player attitude, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.  A Bachelors Degree is required.  Requires excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across teams.  Previous experience with staffing and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required. Requires experience with executing a high volume recruiting tasks.  Must be comfortable communicating in front of small and large groups.

This Campus Recruiting Coordinator will primarily be responsible for generating offer letters, onboarding new hires (background checks, drug screens), coordinating large recruiting evens, and interview scheduling.  Will support (in various capacities) the campus recruiting callbacks working with the campus managers and Talent Acquisition Coordinators assigned by location.  Beyond the support of recruiting callbacks this person will also work on the campus recruiting operations team to onboard 200+ new hires starting between June and September.  Will schedule interviews, perform candidate care, and perform campus scheduling.  Will primarily be involved in a lot of the Back Office processes (new hire paperwork, background checks, etc) and onboarding process. Will prepare and manage the delivery of candidate gift bags, create name badges, prepare candidate interview packets, support onsite recruiting events, create interview schedules, and assist with scheduling interviews.  Will assist during the on boarding process with acting as the candidate care liaison from offer extension through start date, assisting with relocation paperwork, mail new hire packets, and create personnel files.
