Outsource UK are actively seeking to recruit a Senior Operations Manager for a 6 month initial contract based with our key financial services Client, that we are working with as a first tier supplier.

The Job:
The focus of the role is the Senior Operational Management of a large PPI Complaints function - including a possible restructure and improvement of processes.
Skills Required:
- Experienced Financial Services specialist Operations Manager
- Ideally from a Complaints/Regulatory background
- Excellent communication/people skills
