Description
An exciting opportunity is currently available for a Computational Linguist in Alicante Spain. This position is located in the Public Sector through an IT Services Company.
Please note that despite the location, Spanish language abilities are not required.
Nature of the tasks:
- Provision of technical consultancy, technical expertise, technical evaluations in relation with information systems;
- Risk analysis;
- It is also expected that regular reports on the status of the system, risks follow-up reports, and statistics on quality are delivered.
- The standard documentation on this system exists already but will need to be reviewed and completed among others: Launch Plan, Test Plan, Integration Contracts, DMD, SAD and Admin Guide.
- Consolidate IP related knowledge databases and to exploit linguistics to improve the tools dealing with the recognition, translation and comparison of goods and services in CTM applications and in knowledge bases
We are looking for candidates with the following profile:
- Good knowledge of information systems matters
- Proven knowledge in IT consulting matters
- Strong capacity in preparing and writing technical consultancy
- Minimum 4 years of IT professional experience
- Experience in the domain of the study
- Strong experience in the realization of technical consultancy

This position is offered as a long term freelance contract.
