An experienced Senior Network Engineer is required to join this leading Telco for an initial 6 month contract to work as part of the Core Network Engineering Group. You will be required to work on multiple tasks including metro/inter-capital transmission planning, capacity management, and designing and costing transmission engineering solutions to support the business in exploring business opportunities.
In order to be successful in this role, it is important that you have the following skills and experience:
- Tertiary qualification in a telecommunications related discipline or equivalent
- Solid experience in a relevant professional/engineering experience in telecommunication, network planning, SDH transmission systems
- Five to eight years experience in Telco environments
