Wintel Support Engineer

Our client, a leading global IT giant, is currently looking for an experienced Wintel Support Engineer to join their Macquarie Park team in a permanent capacity. The successful candidate will need to have in-depth skills and knowledge in the administration and support of Microsoft Server systems in a Windows Server environments including a number of Vmware installations.
  
To be considered for this role you will need;

• Excellent communications skills
• In-depth skills and knowledge in the administration and support of Microsoft Products including but not limited to Server, Exchange 2003,  IIS, ISA, SQL, etc
• Must have experience in large multi-faceted W2K and Windows 2003 environments including Windows clusters and data centre infrastructure
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and capability to monitor Windows Servers and troubleshoot server-related problems
• Minimum of 5 years technical IT experience
• Excellent technical and user documentation skills and experience
• Familiarity with Incident & Change Management
