Description
Our client has an opportunity for an experienced ICT Support Engineer to join their team.
The main duties will involve the following (but not limited to):
- Provide technical guidance to the sales team and customers by influencing executives, educators, and technical staff in a pre-sales capacity
- Establish and maintain relationships with peers.
- Support sales team on proposal and solutions to customers.
- Meet customers to understand user requirements and come out with proposals to share with the sales team.
- Prepare solution proposals where required.
Skills required for the role include: (but not limited to):
- Maintain the highest level of Vendor certification for the products
- Constant information and updates to be provided in a timely manner
- Demonstrate the highest levels of professional integrity
