Are you looking for a 3 month contract close to Ryde? Do you have 3-4 years experience in systems/network administration and helpdesk environment or similar IT services function? This is great opportunity to join leading global brand, who produce high quality electrical and electronic products for the home, business and industry. The role will be working as the main helpdesk contact for their 240 internal users, plus you will get to work with an experienced team to build on your technical support experience. This role is split 70% 1st level and 30% 2nd level. To succeed in this role it is important that you have solid knowledge across a range of hardware and software products especially Microsoft Office, Ms Exchange, Active Directory, MS Windows XP/Vista/7, PC Anywhere, Backup software such as HP Data Protector, Anti-virus software, and Windows server . If you have previous experience with Cisco, PABX, and HPUX, this would also be desirable. This is a very customer focused organisation, therefore you should also be able to demonstrate a strong ability to follow processes, plus work as a close knit team.
