Campaign Manager
A leading organisation are looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have a major impact on the delivery of marketing communications to customers via action prompts, SMS, email and outbound telephony channels. You will also be responsible for Service Management to key stakeholders including management of IT and Audit responsibilities, as well as leading a team of CRM Campaign Analysts. You must have good SQL/SAS skills as well as excellent knowledge and experience of managing direct marketing operations in a complex service business.
