My retail banking client is looking for a Change manager to lead a Strategic MI project primarily for Group Finance.

Candidates must be from a financial background and be highly organised with good presentation skills, the ability to work on their own initiative and some customer experience. They should also be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of project management, as they could be asked to look after a work stream, although change management skills are more essential to this particular role. The candidate will attend stakeholder meetings, and update on progress and resolution. They may also host project meetings and produce regular project reports

Complete Description:
The project relates to an Auto Reconciliation Tool - To select & implement an AutoRec tool: to eliminate manual intervention in or manual facilitation of financial reconciliations. In this context 'financial reconciliations' includes all permutations between:

a. Source Systems
b. Data Warehouses,
c. Ledgers,
d. Reporting Systems.

The supplier selection process was completed jointly with UKRB.
