My candidate is looking for a Customer service representative who has knowledge of IT Administration/Products.

IT Administrator responsibilities:
- Customer Service - Dealing with customers face to face and over the phone
- Performing the monthly asset audits of the storeroom
- Monitoring asset levels, and the uploading of new asset deliveries into system
- Adhering to service level agreements.

Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to follow established processes
- Basic IT Knowledge
- Have the ability to multitask and prioritise
