Description
Timothy James Consulting are working with a large North West Local Council who are now seeking to appoint an interim HR and Reward Consultant to support their Job Evaluation and Service Redesign commitments.
Reporting to the Council's Director of Transformation, you will be an experienced HR and Reward professional with experience gained in Job Evaluation, ideally using the GLPC scheme, experience of guiding Managers on best practice, helping create and provide evidence for the creation of new job roles and salary banding and provide training and development for groups of Senior management within the Council.
