Description
Industry leader actively looking for a Data Engineering Manager - Master Data Management (MDM) responsible for leading the Enterprise Data Shared Services (EDSS) MDM team through the life cycle of multiple large scale projects. The Data Engineering Manager (MDM) will drive the solution approach to master data schema development, business rules, master data design and migration processes for the EDSS team. The role will provide standards, guidelines, processes and expertise to consistently address recurring master data issues including data convergence, data standards and data synchronization. The Data Engineering Manager (MDM) partners closely with the assigned IT Project Manager and Project Management Office representatives in addition to Business Unit Representatives to deliver the solutions in support of the Master Data Management program.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 10 years IT experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a complex Enterprise Datawarehouse/Business Intelligence development environment.
Minimum 4 years of experience with MDM tools/architecture, preferably Informatica MDM (Siperian).
Minimum 3 years of experience in leading and delivering Master Data Management implementations.
Proven track record of deploying large scale Datawarehouse/Business Intelligence systems.
Team leadership and resource management experience within an IT or consulting organization.
Proven analytical and technical problem solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with business users, solution owners, and team members.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline required.
