Solution Support Consultant to Local Finance and reports to Maintenance Service Team

1 -Provide Local Support to users

  • User assistance: Questions and answers, ad-hoc requests
  • Incidents: First level of diagnosis and coordination of local investigations ( Local Integration Layer, Local IT, Key Business Users, Infrastructure, etc), support to User Acceptance Testing
  • Small changes: Qualify local requests, solution impacts and sizing, core and standard alternatives, support to UAT
  • User training: Identify local training needs and update local training materials

2 -Administrate local Portfolio and IBM ClearQuest ticketing tool, track outputs and resolutions

  • Incidents, small changes, master data, questions & answers.
  • Contribute to weekly meetings with Maintenance Service Management team to review status, update plans and update priorities.

3 -Deliver the functional design of the local features and requirements

  • Liaise with Local Finance representatives, Local Integration Layer and Local IT if relevant
  • Get support from Process Owners, Central Design Team or Delivery teams

4 -Contribute to project and small changes deployments

  • Coordinate local impacts analysis and support local UAT (communication, tests plans, test data )
  • Update Training materials and review local usage

Skills required:
- Know how in SAP Financials is considered a plus
- Know how in Insurance sector is considered a plus
- Good command of English and local language (Portuguese or Spanish) is essential
