SAP Senior Functional CRM Consultant- Nr of open positions: 1
- Language skills: Bilingual (Dutch and French)
- Contract duration: 12 months
- Starting date: February 2012
- Working location: Brussels, Belgium
Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in the design and realisation of CRM business processes in the area of customer contact management, marketing management & sales through all the project phases
- Design phase:
- Design the SAP CRM solution as well as execute fit-gap analysis between SAP CRM solution and existing processes and systems
- Define functional specifications of the Sales, Service & Marketing Management Process and of the needed interfaces (with back officeapplications - SAP ECC and others - SAP BW environment, portals, Legacy systems) - Realisation phase:
- Customize the CRM Application based on business blueprint
- Customize the CRM web UI (CRM7.0)
- Coordinate with the technical team all types of developments - Responsible for testing, training and transition to production
Required functional/technical knowledge:
- Demonstrated track record in implementing SAP CRM in at least one of the following areas:
- SAP CRM Business Partners
- SAP CRM (Pre)Sales
- SAP CRM Contract Management
- Middleware - Excellent knowledge of CRM Business processes in a B2B and B2C environment
