Senior Analyst-Programmer coldfusion level 26185 - Belgium
Minimum 6 years of specific experience
Minimum 10 years after secondary
Detailed tasks:
- Application development using coldfusion frameworks;
- Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability;
- Modify code to correct errors or to enhance the program's capabilities
- Elaboration of test plans and participates in the testing of applications;
- Examine existing business models, data flows, user requirements and translate them to
- functional specifications;
- Application design and elaboration of detailed technical specifications;

Prepare documentation for other programmers, users and support personnel
Required Skills
The candidate should have an in-depth knowledge and skills in following domains:
- Strong analysis and methodical problem solving abilities to create logical and innovating solutions to complex problems.
- Proven experience as a coldfusion programmer/analyst with a software design and development programming background
- The candidate must have proven experience in analysing or writing coldfusion applications and Web Services for database centric applications
- Able to think logically and pay close attention to detail
- experience using office automation and project planning tools such as Microsoft Office,
- Microsoft Office Visio, Microsoft Project and other tool sets
- The candidate must be fluent in English and/or French. He/she should be also able to write documents in English.
Optional Skills
Following expertise is considered as an asset:
- Experience in data-modelling techniques
- Good knowledge of testing methodologies and experience in manual and automation testing.
- OraclePL/SQL
- Knowledge of AJAX, ASP.NET, PHP
- Unified Modelling language(UML)
- RUP methodology, especially RUP@EC
- Knowledge of ECICT systems and infrastructure.
