MISSION DESCRIPTION
Start :
Duration : 3 months (+ extension)
Scope :
Day-to-day monitoring of the windows Servers health, Scheduling, Tivoli, Oracle, TSM, Citrix, $U, infrastructure applications (including Storage systems) and business applications.
o Follow-up of scheduled tasks.
o Tracking of performances and reporting of statistics
o Regular monitoring of various consoles to apply an adapted reactivity on detected anomalies or incidents.
o Follow the procedures defined for incidents (including escalation) with specific reactivity for fatal incidents (forwarded by SMS), particularly for those related to systems in the SOX perimeter.
o Commitment to resolve up to 80% of the incidents declared through the Helpdesk, the system administrators, key users or application responsible.
o Troubleshooting and some third level support activities or, if required, escalation to engineering teams.
ü Perform simple or complex (on request) operations based on available procedures
o Install & configure infrastructure components or applications, according to the specifications provided by the expert teams.
o Scripting and implementation of scheduled tasks requested by the experts teams (Servers, Storage, Data Base, Enterprise application Basis (SAP),..)
o Manage the deployment (including planning) of changes (corrective, update or upgrade patches) onto infrastructure components, applications or architectures according to the specifications provided by the engineering teams (Servers, Storage, Data Base, Enterprise application Basis (SAP),..)Participate to IT projects as soon as they start to cope with operational aspects
ü Contribution onto the large-scale changes involving several teams (global maintenance, time change, ..)
ü Contribution to DRP projects; restore of infrastructure components, technical and business applications.
ü Follow internal processes and workflows, based on ITIL standards & shared best practices.
ü Participate to the maintenance of the administration models, procedures and training with architecture teams.
ü Contribute to the continuous improvement of WINOP best practices.
ü Apply and respect the security rules defined by the IS&T Security department.
Technical Skills :
- Deep knowledge of Windows 2003, and 64 bits) Operating System and related administration, included Active Directory
- Good knowledge of VMWare vsphere 4 environments and related administration.
- Ability to evaluate and perform the installation of applications on Windows 2003 and 2008 Servers; knowledge of application management and administration needs
- Knowledge of application related "Middleware" products (like IIS, SQL, sharepoint, Terminal services, etc..)
- Good knowledge of an IT infrastructure; systems, network, applications, data flows
Used to backup follow up tasks
Technical skills considered as an advantage:
o Good knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint environments
o Citrix

Experience :
- Experience in a IS&T jobs greater than 3 years

Languages required :
