Description
We are seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager for an initial 6 months to work in Middlesex.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT service delivery and operational experience to the program.
- Provide ITIL process implementation experience to the program
- Provide thought leadership for process development and deployment
- Provide intervention expertise to ensure all streams of the program stay on track
- Provide input to program strategy
Essential Experience
- Experience of leading and managing delivery of major, complex, multi location and multi stakeholder business change programs
- Extensive senior IT Service Delivery and Operations experience
- Extensive strategy development experience
- Extensive experience of working within a large outsourced organisation
- Strong team management skills
- University degree or specialised training or equivalent work experience
- Strong organisational influence and relationship management at a senior level
- Abilities and confidence in managing activities with conflicting priorities
- Experience in the orchestration of metrics/management reporting
- Risk & Issue Management
- Experience working with different cultures
Desirable Experience:
- ITIL Service Management certification
- Previous service operations experience
- Second language
