+ Run and manage OAM of an FTTH network and related systems while actually rolling out the network
+ Coaching/transfer of skills and knowledge
+ Work our an OAM framework/strategy and respective action plans for its implementation
+ Re-skilling the existing workforce

+ Plan and implement required processes and work flows.
