A very large and renowned firm located near Milwaukee WI, is seeking a Weblogic Middleware Administrator.

This is a 3-6 months contract-to-hire position.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer Weblogic and WebSphere environments for several in-house developed and vendor supplied applications
  • Setting up Unix application environment
  • Install, configure and support applications server software
  • Provide training or mentoring as needed
Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of Unix environment from an architecture perspective
  • Korn Shell programming is required, Perl programming is highly desired
  • Extensive experience in Weblogic and WebSphere server administration
