Key Responsibilities:
- Process Mapping- Will be required to understand and document the existing processes.
- Process Mapping- Define the new process going forward.
- Will be responsible for identifying and documenting requirements for a Learning Management System.
- Assess vendor products based on requirements and perform GAP analysis.
- Manage stakeholder needs and expectations.
Key Requirements:
- 5-7 years of a business analyst. (required)
- Substantial experience in process mapping. (required)
- Experience in Learning and Performance Management System. (required)
- Excellent record of stakeholder management and communication skills. (required)
- Experience running data gathering workshops. (required)
