Summit/Flex Functional Support Engineer

We are currently looking for a Functional Support Engineer for a 6 months renewable contract in Brussels within one of our major client.
Mission:
The Functional Support Engineer's responsibilities cover:
Support
- daily management of the Summit/Flex applications (identification and solving of issues)
- management of end users requests (assessment and prioritisation)
- support in the design of efficient processes for information requests and incident management
- implementation of application releases: testcases development, tests in the last phase of the project, acceptation tests...
Incident Management
- registration, follow-up, and documentation of incidents
- preparation of standard incident reporting
Problem management
- identification, solution and follow-up of problems
- preparation of operational reports required for an efficient problem management
User management
- management of information requests in relation with Summit/Flex
- communication to end users in relation with incidents, problems, requests (issue localisation/identification and solution)
Profile:
Education
- You are Financial/Mathematical/Economics educated or have a similar experience
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a support function within an IT environment/packages
- You have already worked with Dealing Room people
Professional skills
- You are customer focussed and a team player
- You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
- You are expert in Derivatives/Rates & Exotic FM Product
- You have a advanced knowledge of Summit FT
Languages
English is required
