My client is urgently seeking an IT Siebel CRM Applications Officer 

My client's Information Technology department provides software development and data center operation for the banks business lines (Retail, Private, Corporate and Public banking activities). Within IT, 2nd line dedicated teams (Application Services teams) support the IT infrastructure of the corresponding local Business line.

The team IT Application Services CPBB Batch is responsible for the IT operational support of the QA and Production environments and operates from Brussels. We are actively searching for an IT Siebel CRM Applications Officer Specialist to support the Siebel CRM IT applications related to the Business. 

As IT Siebel Applications Officer Specialist you are responsible, together with the whole team, for the availability and performance of the banks Corporate & Public Banking Business IT Applications. My client is looking for someone that is willing to get their hands dirty, and that has real Siebel administration, and experience in a low balanced clustered environment.

Main tasks:

- lead a team of 3 persons and coordinate, execute following tasks:
- Install, validate, control business applications within agreed service levels: Deployment of releases based on Runbooks
- Maintenance of existing applications.
- Monitor the serviced applications
- Solve incidents (with or without other parties (3rd line) in Production and QA environments targeting to restore the service ASAP.
- Assist in analysing and solving Problems
- Implement & coordinate changes with or without other parties (3rd line).
- Inform users about standards and best practices.
- Team spirit and communication skills are key in order to achieve optimal productivity and performance quality

Required level and content of education in IT

- IT related Degree
- Several years of experience in IT organizations

Personal skill

- Ability to analyse and understand technical requirements that may have an impact on the operability and the support of complex banking applications.
- Ability to work both in a team as well as autonomously.
- Ability to work in highly pressurised environments.
- leadership

Business experience require

- At least 10 years of professional experience in Siebel CRM applications support
