*Belgium, Gosselies (50-60 km south of Brussels)
*6 month contract
*French speaking a huge advantage (ideal)
Role
*Monitoring and managing the quality of, voice termination services in the carrier division aswell as the VAS, ISP and IPLC services.
*Maintaining high quality KPI levels,
*Managing quality issues together with the NOC's, 2nd line support teams and third parties in line with SLA standards and processes.
*Management and monitoring of voice KPI's and analyze Real Time ISP and voice KPI's
Skills
*Wealth of experience of working and practical exp in managing voice quality in a managed environment using satellite and terrestrial capacity to mobile operators and telco's. Ideally gained in GSM core network departments, network performance group or in an IREG (roaming expert) team.
*2+ years of relevant exp managing voice quality and aptitude for analysing KPI's and trends in a mobile network
*Lots of experience managing voice quality in a managed environment using satellite and terrestrial capacity to mobile operators and Telco's. Ideally gained in GSM, or in an IREG(roaming expert team)
*Experience with roaming, international calls.
*Educated to degree or equivalent level.
