A leading consulting company is looking for a Managed Services/Outsourcing Senior Solution Sales Expert.

12 months contract job to be based in Shenzhen, by Hong Kong.

Daily rate + expenses

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze the telecom IDC service market and customer requirement, to develop the managed services strategy, and conduct market segmentation, to achieve the managed service sales target.
2. Explore and analyze customer's Managed Services requirements, make an end-to-end service solution, define service baselines and provide a competitive Managed Services solution to fulfil customer's requirements, This will cover all Telecom IDC business and operational functions, including: Infrastructure Application development & maintenance, network and IT tools, as well as analysis of the client's pain points and strategic direction.
3. Develop the managed service sales approach and tools, such as MS business control process, telecom operator IDC Opex analysis methodology, business case, due diligence tool, and risk control tool etc.
4. Responsible for designing and developing managed services profit mode and pricing model.
5. Lead an end to end managed service sales project from opportunity creation, to feasibility study, to define the win strategy and client solution, to develop proposal, to due diligence and contract negotiation, till contract and transition
6. Participate in and support the all aspects of the sales life cycle (SLC) including solution development, bid management, contract negotiation, SLA/KPI developments and SOW creation.

Requirement for candidates:

1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Must have a strong background in either IT Operations or Telecom IDC operation Services.
3. Practical sales or delivery experience in large scale network outsourcing a must;
4. Must have a minimum of 8 years experience in either Telecom or IT industries with at least 3 years in marketing or presales roles. Familiar with at least two of the following fields
o IDC, NOC and other operations management.
o Cloud Computing
o Business Process Operations (BPO) management.
5. Project management experience desirable.
6. Familiar with 3rd-Party Outsourcing services (including HR transfer, assets transfer, etc.)
7. Excellent interpersonal communication skills both written and oral. Team Player with excellent inter-team cooperation, organization and coordination skills.
8. Excellent negotiation skills.
9. Familiar with the eTOM, ITIL is a plus.
10. Able to travel overseas to support field projects. Willingness to work overseas on an extended basis highly desirable
