Our client is a global consultancy who requires an experienced Epiphany CRM Consultant for a new project.
Key Requirements for this role;
- Candidate will work as a consulting team member or an individual technical consultant on for-fee product creation, enhancement, or integration projects involving Epiphany CRM suite which includes Epiphany Sales and Service, Epiphany Inbound Marketing (a.k.a. Epiphany Interaction advisor, Epiphany Email advisor, Epiphany Outbound marketing).
- Knowledge on the aforementioned packages is a huge plus.
- Expertise and work efforts focus on the programming and development of new products or the customization of existing products. Duties usually performed at customer's site.
- Candidate will be required to provide pre-sales support when needed.
Operate under moderate supervision on non-complex projects, usually involving single products or single platforms. - At least three years of experience in product design, product development, technical product support, or consulting with expertise and skill in one or more programming languages.
The job responsibilities would include both technical and functional consulting, working within a CRM consultancy team and reporting directly to the respective manager. The candidate will be working on Epiphany CRM projects in both business and technical capacity.
The role will include business process engineering, working with clients to define their CRM requirements, architecting solutions, developing the CRM system to meet requirements, estimating delivery and infrastructure consultancy such as installations and performance tuning. The candidate will be measured on his ability to provide functional and technical leadership, to meet client satisfaction goals
Candidate must be fluent in writing and speaking English. Dutch/French is a plus.
