Introduction
Our client is a specialist in the development of systems for oil and gas exploration. They are looking for an Embedded software engineer to support the project.
Experience
*Technical education at BSc or MSc level
*Professional experience with Embedded software development
*Good knowledge of Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and multi-threaded applications
*Fluent in C and C++
*Good knowledge of Object Oriented Design and implementation in Embedded systems
*Knowledge of software design, preferably UML experience
*Experience with micro controllers. Preferably ARM7 or Cortex-M3/M4/R4 (STM32 or Kinetis)
*Knowledge of CANopen, IAR Embedded Workbench, FreeRTOS and test of Embedded SW
*Good communication skills
*Structured
*Self-driven
