Oracle Financial Business Analyst
The mission focus on process & system improvements of the following modules of Oracle R12: AP, AR, Procurement, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, GL, AGIS, iExpenses.
Your Role:Your role will be to analyse the current processes and system set up in order improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the solution.
You will collect and write the detailed business requirements, ensure that all required documentation is updated and coordinate the User Testing.
The role includes (non exhaustive list): user trainings, review user guides, best practices implementation and challenging of current processes, review customisations.
Your Profile:.
* You are a qualified accountant
* You have experience on the following finance process: GL, AR, AP, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, AGIS and Procurement
* Experience in BI reporting (Cognos FPA) is an asset
* You have experience as functional business analyst in Oracle R12
* You are able to work under pressure and can cope with strict deadlines, you have a hands on approach
* You have excellent analysis skills (analytical, synthetical and critical mindset)
* You have strong interpersonal skills - ability to listen to the users, and present messages clearly and convincingly to a senior audience
* You are fluent in written and oral English. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch would be an asset
