Our direct client, an international bank in midtown NY, is looking for Oracle Financial Business Analyst for migrating their systems to Oracle Financial R12 platform. This is a long term contract opportunity and client will provide attractive compensation to right candidate.
This individual will be hands-on Oracle Financials Business Analyst who will assist in migration/consolidation of Legacy(GL,Fixed Asset, PO) financial systems to Oracle Financial R12 platform. He/She will work closely with Business users to define/support business/functional requirements, data & process models, configuration, testing, implementation, and go-live. He/she will identify gaps, communicate recommended design to users, assist in data conversion, complete system configurations, and coordination with technical team. Must have self-motivation and the drive necessary to manage complex relationships and drive projects to completion.
Candidates must have:
- Oracle Financials R12 Implementation experience.
- Design/configuration of Oracle Financials Modules (AR, AP, GL, FA, FSG Reporting).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and Tax rules.
- Experience/Knowledge of Oracle's E-business Suite.
- Experience in Oracle project implementation including, but not limited to, planning, analysis and design, configuration, development, conversions, system testing, cutover Plan and production support.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and client relation skills. Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language to end users and Senior management
- Previous Banking or Financial industry experience.
- Bachelors or Master's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
