Customer Solutions Development Manager - The Hague - 2 year contract
Lead and manage customer wholesale bids for Global Trade Management (GTM) customers. This includes collecting and understanding customer requirements and environment, identifying suitable technical and commercial solutions and engaging appropriate people in client Product House, SCOE, Service Assurance, Service Delivery, ICB, NI and legal, as well as building and presenting solution to client and customer. The candidate must speak fluent English (Dutch is not essential) with extensive knowledge the client environment, security standard processes and procedures. It is key to translate these customer requirements in GTM deals into client products and services. This position will support all bids originating from Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg ) and major bids from other countries in EMEA. Main Skills/Requirements: Technical Skills, Project Management experience, Outsourcing deals experience, Managed people and units.
