Front End development team lead
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the overall development of Front End deliverables for assigned projects.
2. Meet and liaise with clients face to face to discuss projects and potential engagements
3. Communicate status of projects and issues with Snr Management.
4. Manage and mentor junior team members
5. Set and ensure coding standards are met and delivered.
6. Hands on development as required.
7. Must be detail oriented and deliver solutions that meet client specifications
8. Make best fit recommendations regarding the best technology fit for a solution
Basic Qualifications:
1. 7+ years' experience building successful Front End presentation layer for various software systems
2. Familiarity with the Java environment
3. 3-4 years' experience managing Front End development teams
Key Technical Skills - Expert Level at the following:
1. Javascript
2. JQuery
3. Actionscript
4. HTML/XHTML
5. CSS
