Our client a large scale managed learning company require a team of training consultants who have proven ability in running and delivering training that is based around the leadership and customer service aspects of managing large scale sporting events, This project is for the London 2012 olympics volunteer programme, The associate trainer will be expected to lead on the common role element of role specific training.The subjects covered in this module include:

Delivering a secure Games
Delivering a sustainable Games
Uniforms and accreditation
Additionally, associate trainers will required to support the individual Functional Area trainers in the delivery of their course content. This could take the form of acting as a co-trainer, classroom assistant or in managing and faciltating breakout groups.
There will be a full train the trainer for the work but you need to have done the following type of training delivery:-
Delivering and facilitating training to all sizes of groups (essential)
Delivering soft skills and behavioural training (essential)
Working with volunteers (desirable)
Delivering training to a diverse audience group (desirable)
Working with subject material where they are not the expert (essential)
The sites are Hackney Marshes, & Canary Wharf.
There maybe other training to be delivered at other venues through out the country. The training sessions will be delivered on a ad hoc basis over a 12 week period top cover normal days Monday to Friday and evenings (half days) and/or weekends as the volunteers (delegates) will often be in full time
employment so they may not be able to take time out within work time for training. The courses will vary in length from 4 hours to 8 hours in duration.
